### Minor Changes

- d38c88e: Support the plan-based weekly quota window. New Synthetic plans report
  `planWeeklyLimit` (percent-based weekly credits) instead of
  `weeklyTokenLimit`/`rollingFiveHourLimit`; the usage bar, quota warnings,
  history, and refill projections now render and track it. The
  `subscription` quota field is no longer read or stored.

### Patch Changes

- 228b246: Replay DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash and DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017 OpenAI thinking under
  `reasoning_content` when it was streamed under `reasoning`, without changing
  saved session history. This preserves reasoning on tool-enabled requests;
  server-side preservation without tool declarations remains model-dependent.
  Other models and Anthropic requests are unchanged.
